But no news Channels except 1 or 2
in my area, dealers are selling tata sky only at first priority n also saying 4-5 hd chnanels will be added in this month only.

Well bro, currently tata sky has almost all national news channels on their platform. Recently they added Samachar Plus which is a UP/Uttrakhand specific regional news channel and they added Kashish News which is a Bihar/Jharkhand specific news channel. I am sure that they will add more region specific news, entertainment, music and movie channels as they focus on capturing more subscribers in phase 3 and 4 of digitization.
Regarding VIP News, well it is a channel like Sadhna Plus. I am happy with such channels too. I would be very happy if they add all types of channels be it carriage fee ones, regional ones, international ones etc.
Tata Sky will add more n more popular and carriage fee chs.

As tata sky adding all demanded channels, they should add such carriage fee channels too to get more revenue from broadcasting & customers
