Just check with cc, they also updated with this mpeg4 info and saying that you cant watch this channel in your normal sd stb.[i am able to see this channel, but i call and say only audio is coming, i think cc guys not know much about tech. but may be there is update that this channels cant work on sd stb as its in mpeg4]
and they get success but problem in samsung HD stb causes and thats why they change format but very soon picture will be clear. [mpeg2 tp can be scan mpeg4 channels hence it will create some additional space by changing some channels in mpeg4 but tp remain same in mpeg2]

AFAIK There is no TP like MPEG2 or MPEG4 . A TP depends upon which method of compression is used by the Broadcaster/ user . He can use or change according to his needs time to time.
Remember few times Tatasky itself changed its HD channels in other TP ,HD Channels r in MPEG4 DVBS2. I think TS Changed HD channels to 11630 as i remember.
