HELP Tatasky added very less amount for bigtv exchange offer

Friends i need your help badly.. i have around 11426 rs balance in my bigtv account. due to shutdown of bigtv i migrated from bigtv to tatasky on 4th nov.. sadly todat they transferred only 1000 rs to my tatasky account. when i contacted tatasky they said that they dont have any info regarding balance and said i need to contact bigt only but neither bigtv customer care number working nor they are replying on mail please i need your help badly pls.

I got full refund. I had 77 balance but an annual pack for 6600 taken 1.5 months back. I got 5958 back in tata sky account. If I calculate assuming 6600 is for 365+72 days, the 5958 was correct amount.

bro can you do one thing for me..pls login to bigtv online account and check there what is shown here.

i mailed them but they are not replying .. their customer care number also not working.
