Update Tatasky Changed Back Symbol Rate of 3 Tp

Tp 11050, 11470 & 11510 SR changed back to 30000,
Few days back it's changed to 32000, now back again at 30000.

I think gsat hasn't been handed over to TS so far or it must have been in test mode.

It's not possible bro,
One thing is possible, may be Gsat 10 Tp designed by Mr. India, so we can't see it or track it.
