It mightbe the migration process of an tp to dvbs2 & they can do it on after midnight and all dvbs channels of that tp can be move to new gsat tp.

May be some testing gong on..
I think 1st they will move al HD cahnnels to New TP from Gsat and revert existing DVBS2 be converted to DVBS. They might add SD Channels in this TP.
