If u want then u can update manually... i have updated 2 STBs mannually and 1 automatic update..

Sir guide me how to update manually. I forgot the process.

I got the update. Everything is great, UI has become fast and smooth. EPG loads fast.

One issue i have found. After S/W update my Signal levels on all Channels have changed..... Is this OK, can anyone check

Ch.99 Before Update:

SS: 80%
SQ: 90%
SL: 225

After Update:

SS: 65%
SQ: 75%
SL: 177

And BER has changed to CNR. Is this fine or do i need to do something

Switch off from the mains of STB > Switch on> while the STB shows as " please wait STB Initialising" quickly press "Back" button 4times then 2485 or 2465 > the new SW is downloading.dont switch of untill the STB gets SW Downloading finished...
Enjoy new SW Features..I am downloading mannually from years... actually since 2006 90% of SW Updates of STB r manual updates.. But there r some risks and do it on ur own risk...

I prefer waiting for automatic updates

Thats fine... if u want auto update switch of from mains> after 10-15 seconds switch on.. mostly SW will get downloaded even during watching...
