as i am in the mega pack(dual year), my old hd+remote was exchanged with this one..and i wasn't charged any thing....or Rs.0 debit...yes Mr. shubham both the remotes are manufactured bu philips

For me they have charged RS. 225 and i am also mega pack customer...but i didnt give me HD+ remote..

125+225=350.

For me they told me its 350.

As you guys are aware that i purchased Universal HD+ remote last week...TS charged me Rs. 225 which was split into Rs. 75 for Handling Charges and Rs. 150 for Service visit...I raised a query to TS CC office in bangalore regarding Service visit charges...they told me that they would refund me the entire amount of Rs 225 as i am a premium subscriber...So i got my money back...I guess TS has made some mistake regarding my case...The best part is that i have not given my old remote to the service person too...
