I have done this too but every time they say to talk the help line .In the OL Chat they will register any complaints, refreshing VC , adding / removing add on/packs. if we want more explanation they say to call helpline.

I don't understand that can't these companies afford a toll free number. Even the road-side Jadi-buti and local level coaching classes have toll free numbers. But these companies which act so fancy and earn huge chunk of money don't have toll free number.

Is TRAI sleeping or are we sleeping that none of us have complaint and put their a** on fire for cheating openly with customer.

It's a TRAI mandate that every service provider should have a toll free number and it should be functional 24X7.
