HELP Tatasky reject my request to install HD settop box

Currently i have Bigtv HD settop box..during bigtv to tatasky migration i asked them to install HD box but they are denying it..and saying that i will get only SD box..for HD box i need to pay 2000 rs..when i contacted them on twitter they are only saying that we will contact you...kindly help me what to do..and which box did you guys got..

Initially it was advertised if you own lcd/led tv then you would get HD box
