Even I wrote a strong worded email to

[email protected] about non addition of replacement to NEO channels in sports genre under Supreme Sports pack to which I am subscribed and also issues with subscribing to TEN HD.
Got a call from TS from this number 080-66233000 by person named Bala Murali, when I told him about TRAI clause that either I should be refunded appropriate amount or 2 sports channel needs to be added to Supreme sports pack in place of NEO channels, he said appropriate amount will be credited to my account. Just now got 80 Rs credited to my account as my pack is going to expire by end of November
Also, when I mentioned about TEN HD being only available as a-la-carte or with TEN pack he had no answer and was asking for apologies but had nothing else to say. When asked why this channel is not part of sports bonanza he said he will send the feedback to the concerned department. He had no answer to any of the questions. However, he mentioned that they have received similar complaints regarding TEN HD and they are looking into the issues
Also, TS is not able to activate TEN HD as a-la-carte for me. I requested them to activate the channel at 11 AM and till now it is not activated. Even TS executive was not able to activate the channel. Looks like TS has completely screwed up their systems with TEN HD addition
