Important Tatasky temporarily stopped the Exchange of MPEG2 Box ?

i upgrade my stb box yesterday at 4pm but there is pairing problem till now. Please help

Actually i was some problem(showing paring error) at the time of replacing for 15min, Then i sent sms & service resumed.

who replace your stb, Technician? Then he must resumed your service. Any Way call to local office.

Local dealer replace it, they said they send mail for pairing but there is some system problem there which is for all India.

Thank GOD,we just done migration at rite time otherwise stb will be go off for some days/Hours.

Well finally i got a call from Area Head and he said the STB will be replaced today and already sent to the Technician [said his name too ] . soon i will get a call from him to visit and replace.
BTW today i saw the Technicolor STB in a local Shop. its very small and perhaps a inch bigger than a VC . very very small in size. surely the CAM will be filled with Dust with in a Month

So Area Head was correct as its a coding issue from the TS Side . i think its now got solution.

Also happy that no one tried to make me fool It was genuine issue told to me. he gave me the correct info. thats the goodness of Area Head. Yes people gets frustrated once they r used to get Best service and not happens next time the same.
