Thanx, isuue was from TS side . no one to blame. Tatasky updated their system on 25th midnight. that wa the issue as said by Area Head.

You was right sir, this is the reason thats why ts stop replacing stb. Because no one will take this stb untill they get picture on tv.

I think 1st we have to check the STBs which r paired Today from noon . I had called Area head morning and he said me that didnt recieved any confirmation mail from TS. so the solution might came after i called . Earlier installed STB might not get the solution as it was already paired.
