Even 4K TV and UHD 4K TV are not similar.4K TV has less pixels comparing to UHD 4K.So buy UHD 4K only but not 4K TV.

each year new technology is developed and we can't dump old ones as heavy investment is made on previous ones. so it is wise to wait for minimum 5 years before upgrading to current one.
