Let's viewer demand for their favorite Sony channel.

Viewers not interested. Their Favourite ones are retained by Tata Sky. It's not Zee channels, that Tata Sky will bend.

TDSAT has no one to instruct, if they are pro consumers then they would have give the decision basis on viewers rather then operator.

If it doesnt make business sense, TDSAT cannot force TS to carry Sony channels. Sony's lie is now in open. Sony was the one to publish disconnection notice. If they care for consumers so much, they could have continued with the old pricing for the time being and approached TDSAT on pricing issue. They are money minded like all companies.
