Update Temporary Suspension reduced to 15 days on d2h

This is wrong info, still there is no change in Temporaray Suspension service. It is available free of cost for 90 days once in an calendar year

I would say welcome move by d2h..
so already affected n suffered customers now onward will stamp their decision of moving out of Billion Doller-Videocon Brand(proved to be out of masses) and shift immediately towards Dish True HD customer friendly policy...!!!

10+10 days=20-20 HD matches....via Dish
I'm sure and won't be surprised at all that on this Ganapti, People will do Aratis of 'Dish TruBoxes' along with Ganpati and enjoy the Ocasion.(10 days)
And Remaining surly will be aiming for "Diwali TruHD Blasts" either as they have learned from past how d2h gifted HD customers' last 2 ASALI occasions..(10 days)

IndianMascot bro, i mailed the customer care enquiring about temporary suspension and got the reply,

This is with reference to your email dated Aug 23rd 2014 regarding non utilization of our services for customer id xxxxxx.


We would like to inform you that we have a policy of temporary suspension which can be done for minimum period of 07 days and maximum period of 90 days. Also note that this service is free of cost and customer account should be in active state to avail this service. Further, we are glad to inform you that for the period of suspension the balance in your account shall not reduce and shall remain the same (as on the start date of suspension).Additionally temporary suspension service can be availed only once in a calendar year.


Further, we would like to inform you that after removal of temporary suspension, your d2h services will reactivate automatically. Please be informed that if no recharge made, your d2h services will be disconnected after due date however your d2h account will not be disconnected permanently and d2h services will reactivate after receipt of applicable recharge amount in your d2h account.


If you have any further queries, please email us at [email protected]. We will make every effort to revert with resolution as soon as possible.

I want to say some words for these DTH operators.

Now a days they are acting more like Doodhwala (milkman or dth) first they will give you superior quality milk at lower price (quality channels at less price) then slowly they will add water in it (degrade quality) excusing they dont have enough cows or buffalo(transponder) and then they will increase price or introduce new packages like get high quality milk by paying more (hd access fee) ..

At last subscriber will change doodhwala and the system again restarts :p
