HELP Ten 1 HD being removed from my subscription repeatedly

2 weeks back I called customer care to activate TEN 1 HD after successful activation it got deactivated, I called customer care but they did not have any reason for deactivation but on my request they activated it again.

Yesterday it was deactivated again.
This time customer care told me that I was not eligible for that channel offer that is why their backed team deactivated this channel. She also told that It was activated at Rs 20 by fault both the times and I would have to Pay 50 rs.

Why in first place they activated that channel twice if I was not eligible for for it?

Poor experience.
Their A La Carte page is still showing the price for TEN1 HD as 20 Rs per month.

This is example of a poor implementation.

Their system isn't ready for such conditions due to which we consumers suffer.

But they have launched uniform a la carte price like Dish TV. So they still charge 50 gir sports channel
