If we subscribe normally a single channel i think No such lock period as once said by CC people. Also i removed a channel and they added the balance amount to my account. this happened few weeks ago itself. If we subscribe a Pack then may be Lock in period.
There is locking period for add on and ala cart but if customer want deactivate it, mail to tata sky, they will deactivate by force complaint but another time you cant do this. [this will done only in within 7 days of activation]
