HELP Termination of Dish TV SF without notice & not clearing the dues of SF

Our SF Code with DishTV was 423489,(Big Brothers).When we followed up for our payment on 30th April2015 Dishtv terminated our franchisee without any prior notice. And without clearing our dues.After repeated follow up & protest against this unethical termination dishtv paid a lump sum of Rs.1.23L on Oct2015 as F&F.When written to Mr.Anna Hazare against this corruption, dishtv again paid Rs.0.30L.Now dishtv blocked our communication & not paying a single penny with our ten staff & our family,we are in-miserable condition due to the corruption of dishtv.We request you to take action against this corruption of dishtv and arrange to clear our dues from dishtv.

We contacted through twitter repeatedly but they blocked our communication.


When our last contact happen with Mr. Ranajiti Sekhar Das(Service Manager Dishtv-Kolkata),he told us as per Dishtv rule not a single penny is payable to us.

But dishtv deducted @Rs.1600/- towards the non-deposit of SAF from our account.As you understand when Dishtv suddenly terminated our franchise without notice on 30th April 2015 at 9PM,it was not possible to submit the SAF as the System was blocked for us.

When we repeatedly raise this subject to the official of Dishtv they again paid us @Rs.1600/- for 19 SAF out of 38 SAF which we were unable to submit due to the suspension of our SYSTEM Code.


THE FOLLOWING MALPRACTICE HAPPEN FROM DISHTV SIDE:

1) DISHTV TERMINATED OUR WORK WITHOUT NOTICE,

2) AT THE TIME OF FnF THEY NOT CLEARED OUR DUES.

3) WHEN WRITTEN TO MR.ANNA HAZARE THEY AGAIN PAID (1600/-*19)Rs.30400/- AFTER FnF AS AD HOC .

4) BEFORE 30TH APRIL 2015 WHEN WE CREATED PRESSURE FOR CLEARING LONG PENDING DUES MR SUMAN BHATTACHARYA-TSM-DISHTV SUGGESTED TO COMMIT SUICIDE.

5) WITHIN THE WORKING PERIOD WITH DISHTV THEY PENALISED @1600/- TOWARDS NON DEPOSIT OF SAF- WHICH WAS ACTUALLY DEPOSITED.

This sudden termination without notice, not only disturbed our business it also disturbed the family life of 10 technician and 2 MIS who worked with us for DISHTV.

Thanks for hearing us and please bound DISHTV to clear dues with penalty and come with respectable solution for us and our technicians.

Oh. That's terrible. So even the Franchisee are not happy with Dish TV.

But good to see that you fought and forced them to give your hard earned money.

From this platform we request Dish TV to clear your dues to settle this matter.

REGARDING THE ABOVE CASE WE REPEATEDLY FOLLOWED UP WITH DISHTV OFFICERS THROUGH MAIL AND WE ALSO DIRECT VISITED TO DISHTV KOLKATA OFFICE AT SALTLAKE SECTOR-V FROM MAY 2015 TO OCTOBER 2015 SEVERAL TIMES. AS A RESULT WE GOT A PAYMENT OF RS.1.23/-LAKHS. WHEN WE RECEIVED THE CHEQUE OF RS.1.23/-LAKHS,WE HAD TO WRITE THAT THIS IS THE FINAL PAYMENT WE ARE RECEVING FROM DISHTV. AS OUR BANK AND STAFF PAYABLES WERE DUE WE RECEIVED THE CHEQUE AGAINST THE WRITING AS PER THEIR VERSION.

BUT 38 SAF PAYMENT OF RS.60800/- (1600*38) WHICH THEY PENALISED FROM US, WHICH WE COULD NOT DEPOSIT DUE TO SUDDEN CLOSER OF OUR SF CODE BY DISHTV WITHOUT ANY NOTICE ON 30TH APRIL 2015 AT 9PM.

AFTER THAT WE STARTED WRITING TO DIFFERENT SOCIAL ACTICIST AND ORGANISATION (LIKE –ANNA HAZARE, RAMKRISHNA MISSION,SWAMI RAMDEV JI,ETC)

IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2016 WE GOT A CALL FROM DISHTV HEAD OFFICE, WHETHER WE COMPLAIED TO ANNA HAZARE JI OR NOT AND WHAT IS OUR ALLIGATION AGAINST DISHTV.

WE HIGHLIGHTED THE FOLLOWING POINTS.

1) OUR SUSPENTION WAS WITHOUT NOTICE

2) SO WE COULD NOT GIVE TIME TO STAFF TO GET ANOTHER JOB

3) SO THAT WE AND OUR 12 STAFF FAMILY (10 TECHNICIANS AND 2 MIS) REACHED TO A MISERABLE CONDITION.

4) IT WAS CASE OF CORRUPTION IN PRIVATE SECTOR.

5) IN THE WORKING PERIOD, DISHTV IMPOSSED DIFFERENT TYPES OF PENALTY ON US AS RESULT OUR ACCOUNT WAS NOT CLEARED.

6) SO WE REQUESTED VP-DISHTV TO CLEAR OUR DUES AND CONTINUE OUR CODE FOR WORKING.

AFTER THAT TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION WITH VP-DISHTV,MR. RANAJITI DAS OF DISHTV KOLKATA OFFICE CAME TO OUR OFFICE, WE HIGHLIGHTED THE ABOVE POINTS AND THE CORRUPTION IN AUDIT SYSTEM AND TSM’S PROVOCATION TO COMMITE SUICIDE .HEARING EVERYTING,HE ARRENGED A PAYMENT OF RS.30400/-THROUGH CHEQUE(ON THE BASIS 19 SAF OUT OF 38 WHICH WERE ACTIVE ON THE DATE OF DISCUSSTION WITH MR.DAS) WE MAILED AND DISCUSSED THAT WE WERE NOT IN CONTROL OF THE 19 INACTIVE VCs AS OUR CODE WAS DEACTIVATED ON 30TH APRIL 2015 WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.

AGAIN THIS TIME ALSO DISHTV PAID RS.30400/-(ONLY 19 ACTIVE VC) ON ONE SIDE DICISSITION AND TAKEN A LETTER FROM US OF THEIR VERSION THAT WE HAVE NO DUES WITH DISHTV.

I am unable to understand how reaching to Anna Hazare & Swami Ramdev doing the work against dishtv ? If petitioner is right & dishtv suspended the Franchisee for no reason then complaint should register in Police Station & reach to court.
