And its good too because Aarsu Cable future is very doubtful and if Govt accepted the TRAI suggestion, Aarsu will remain Unborn .

I agreed with the TRAI suggestion. How we can allow govt to run the cable tv operation? Only govt support channels will be available on those cable operators and will not allow others to run too
