I am one of the big hater of kapil . kapil should not make any exclusive contract first if he made that means that time he wasn't sure on him that he can be popular. means here colors play a blank card , it proves worthy for both but later he got publicity. he decided to work more with note cahnels this can also acceptable but he blame channel for stopping show is the dirty and arrogant mind of kapil. he is free to do whatever he want thats the same law apply to channel also

He has earned a lot of money which is unusual for a tv star (Yes i know he has done a movie). Most of the people can't digest success. It applies for all professions. Same happened with Guththi. Ultimately he had to come back. Likewise others i was also a fan of the show but recently i found it being monotonous. Like there were same jokes in every show. Time doesn't wait for anyone . Showbiz is also like that . One goes another comes . Celebrities praised him on screen because they knew he was the most popular person on TV. There is a saying in Hindi "chadhte sooraj ko salaam" . Nobody in this industry would recognise him after few months. He has to come up with a bang . As far as contract is concerned i would say that morally it is a responsibility to follow contact . Don't sign it if you can't keep it.

both were partners. i mean kapil and colors. then how colors put in a demand that u will work only for us.
in partnership, this can't be done.
the same way ekta kapoor's serials are being shown on other channels too. so y not kapil's shows or events can be shown ?
kapil is not a slave of colors. and this is not british india. this is independent india.
if colors is right at his part then y can't they go to court and challenge him ?
