If this is true then this is ridiculous move by Hathway. They can't do business like this especially in a city like Pune where DTH penetration is high.
But Hathway might don't want to distribute the propaganda of Times Now just like dishtv removed BBC World News as Zee is against BBC's Anti Indian propaganda.
If Times Now comes to know this then they may challenge this as they must have paid for carriage.
Also I think if BBC is ready to pay money then Dishtv would happily add the channel, just like they have added CCTV.
I think BBC was paying that time also and ready to pay in future also, does Focus News can't pay penny to dishtv for their channels ? Of course they can but dishtv simply don't wants to carries it. Only thing left for BBC and Times to knock the door of TDSAT and start hashtag of:
