in my ghaziabad u will find more SUVs than maruti alto or 800.

Tat because of Agricultural land which has been sold in a big fat amount similar condition in MP as well. A barber has a money to invest 35K in a mobile where we have to think many time before to make such investment in 5 inch mobile phone.
