I think, its a another good news for the Zindagi lovers that all of sudden Zindagi has stopped all the Indian shows on its channel, now from 5 pm to 11 pm only shows from other countries, may be they would have got the approvals of MIB for changing it to Zindagi HD, just a guess, but then the question arises why all of sudden they stopped all the Indian shows.
