Tp is almost full with 5 HD & 23 SD channels,
Although fec is 3/4 yet,
When they changed the fec to 5/6, then some more SD channel can be added.

Now in rainy season we have to see whether there would be any outages if FEC is changed.

And somehow 100 channels are in mpeg2 so If we go by logic of ts then 2 tp = 100 channels and 1 tp for all active service that mean 3 tp for new channels in coming days.



I have one question?
Is there any technically limitation for changing home tp's parameters?

Don't know about tech things bro,
May be not changing SR becoz updating stb software & all other things related to stb was managed via home Tp,
Yeah remaing MPEG2 channels can adjusted in 3 Tp's,
So after full migration 3 Tp's will be free for new channels additions.

Last year too tata sky have added sd and hd channels in feb and after that one or two channel addition happened so will it be repeated this year too

They use data channels to update software on stb,
TS use most advance tech,
They never add software updates as data channels,
I may be wrong though.
