In a surprise move, telecom regulator Trai on Thursday instructed Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Jio to withdraw the company's much-controversial 'Summer Surprise' Plan that had extended freebies to high-value customers for another three months. The move, which was announced towards late evening, came in as a surprise and Jio said that it "accepts the decision" of the regulator
