TRAI has decided to maintain forbearance on HD channel rates. Hence, the operators are free to offer such channels only in a la carte or as a separate bouquet, in case their business model does not support offering such channels as part of the same bouquet having both SD and HD channels.

The ala carte price should be equal to bouquet prices but not more than and hd channels are exception to it.

It's already written that no operator can offer ala carte less then 66% of its actual price.

Hence TS or other operator can't sell Rs. 100 ala carte price in Re. 1 or Rs. 5, even HD Access Fee also coming under this rule.
