Just now confirmed and yes Travel XP HD has been added in all Base packs from 1st Feb.

Also it seems that there is some confusion because company sales officials and agreeing to it and call center is still clueless.

So start complaining them.

No one is getting the channel. I have written them an email and they have sent a refresh command but it's not done. I have rewritten them. How stupid it is ! They don't even know what channels are coming in what packages.
