I am in the lowest base pack of ROI and I get all DD channels in my pack. That guy must be a defamer. It is not possible in d2h. You will get all the channels mentioned on their website. You don't have to refresh account and that.

Its doesn't matter. Channels are downlinked from their parent Satellite and then Uplinked to DTH operators Satellite and again downlinked at our respective homes.

So, transponder apaces is anyhow consumed.
