Actually my STB got damaged during an automatic update last time during switching on and once it reached 38%, my power supply gone and it became dead. After hearing about this Free MPEG-4 campaign, I tried to get it replaced. No issues
They told..Free migration Process not yet started in Kerala...And being an old customer having SD STB more than 5 years old, they are not able to give this replacement.
