No IM, its 18 months old. So the payment for replacement

Actually they r not bringing the Original new Box most of the time.
BTW Check the Seal in side screws. if its not tampered then surely its new.

U R the very lucky person , most of the time they gives repaired box,

So U Got 6500 Ka New Box In 350? !!!!!

I heard somewhere as TS Is charging Rs 350/- for new replacement box. Even RDTV is charging Rs 500/-
BTW U can confirm the box is new with CC as the y charged for new one. We cant confirm 100% as new box only the seal is not tampered . just check the condition of box. if no scratches then mostly its new.

Its looks brand new.Even the front plastic is there on the side where the card has to be inserted.But no plastic on the light panel side.So I am a bit confused. I asked the engg. He said as HD+ boxes are small in number,they change with new box only for HD+ and for other boxes they give old repaired ones.

@ Mr Sir, i think 350 is same for old or new box, its service charge.
