I think they charged for BOX only and as Anirban have no Service charge. Its Rs 500/- including Service charge.

One Day My Dealer was saying to me, Its 350 flat for all box(not sure).

Even repaired boxes can be seal at service center, yes they repair old box and again seal it but i think tata sky have very less repair center so they collect boxes and send in repair center. So they give instantly replacement.

If its old we can see some scratches in the box , thats y i didnt say its 100% confirmed on seal itself. Actually there is a differant smell in new Box compared to older ones as they have been powered on and gets heated.
