Yes,it is a new Telugu channel 10 TV.it is a Telugu news channel and newly launched.it is also available in HD .we can expect this channel in other DTH platforms also.

And channels are always added in day time when Justin Jolly is in office but today is his holiday . He might be busy in his personal works.
