Cute Riju it's been said again and again that Wikipedia is not a reliable source. Hope you remember what happened with Big Ganga renaming to Zee Ganga in November.

Yes There was a news that ZEEL is in talks with UTV. However it isn't clear if ZEEL is in deal for buying movies only or channel itself. Hope you know that just like Zee has a Movie business so does UTV. Buying channels makes no sense as Zee has the largest bouquet of Hindi movie in Channels with 5 Sd - & Pictures, Zee Cinema, Zee Action, Zee Classic Zee Anmol Cinema & 2HD Zee Cinema HD & & Pictures HD.

So I'll wait till official announcement before jumping the gun.

10. Living Zen (available on some cable network)

Haven't included officially declared channels ready for launch viz - Cinemalu HD, Telugu HD, Kannada HD, Zee News UP/UK, Living Travel Living Root & Ezmall

I hope, Big Magic Punjabi license will be used for Zee Punjabi. Zee Ganga Talkies may come in next year.

Not for Zee TV HD and &TV HD, main reason is Zee Magic is not so popular channel. Contents is not appropriate for HD views.

I know. I m not saying that it is not a popular channel. It achieves more viewerships than Star Plus in Rural area, according to BARC Ratings.
I want to say this channel is not too much popular for overall India. Channel is mainly rural area based and Rural area is addicted for SD channel only, not for HD channels.
