bro after refresh there is no change
i m also south platinum hd with tamil addon, zee cafe hd, &tv hd,sab hd are available,but vijay hd,maa hd are showing insufficient balance.i call cc, they filed a complaint but no further action,i dont know what to do

You have to complain them now. It should be visible to you as others are getting it.

Maa HD would need a subscription or a Telugu add-on. I'm on South Platinum HD and am getting Vijay & Colors Kannada HD becuase of the regional add-ons.
Recommend manually scanning once and later send a refresh text from your RTN.
