but I am getting contradicting remarks. Here you can't challenge Broadcasters will to launch more channel I am not even against STAR's policy one thing is to clarify here I may hate STAR but if I own STAR I would did the same might be uglier then what they're doing right now.
I wants to comment regarding channels here:-
ZEE launched Classic Cinema, Premier Cinema and Action Cinema not for any other DTH but for dishtv and Siti Cable. Those days these channels were not crap and was ad free too. I think in last 2 years only ZEE Premier and ZEE Action get added in ADTV and Tata Sky to settled Carriage Fee matters as big broadcasters never paid carriage fee.
Agree with ZEE Anmol launching which launched for 12 min Ad Cap, followed up STAR Utsav, & Pictures to tackle Movies OK, & Pictures HD to increase the HD counting, now & TV to tackle Life OK, Zindagi might be waste for Indian viewers but channels get viewership in Gulf Countries and ME.
I am not protecting ZEE SUNIEL Bro. but I am raising question here. Technoglitch Bro. said that new channels are launching to invade tax 100 % agree with him but we should understand that broadcasters are also getting license easily, in our Country does there is some rules and regulations to fix the no. of channels ?
I already said that Big Broadcasters are getting chance to launch new channels and DTH are getting chance to hike the base pack price and since India moved to towards Digitization it will hammer more to our pocket and since Govt. seeing the opportunity to generate revenue from Tax they will do nothing. New channels will keep coming, people will keep demanding and we have to learns to pay for a service. There is no way to end this now until and unless we stop demanding and stop watching TV.
