HELP TV losing HDMI Signal - TS HD plus

You have booked order and waiting for delivery good but meanwhile read my case. Once I had the same issue before getting nervous I pulled out the HDMI cable's end from stb and blew air from my mouth then clean the port on stb in the same way and reconnected the cable.... it worked!!!

not working. tv refuse to show anything since evening it's total blackout now

As TS is not working I connect my tablet with different HDMI cable to watch documentary and tv refused to show that also so it's tv fault. using TS through RCA cable .thanks for all for reply

Finally the issue is recognised.

Seems like repairing tv will cost me more then buying new TS HD plus STB. As most of time it requires whole Mainboard to be replace

These LCDs are costly to repair. My 4 yrs old Sony bravia has a think vertical yellow line on the right side of the screen, and they quoted me 24k to change the LCD panel. I've a 8yrs+ old Philips LCD which works flawlessly. Thus my learning was not to pay premium just for a big brand, others good brands may be equally good or even better.

Update : they repaired my tv motherboard it cost me Rs1600

I hear that videocon making tv with Philips brand is that true?
