One of UK's most wanted fugitive, a serial sexual offender, has been arrested by the crime branch
The suspect, an Indian national, Raminder Singh (28) was wanted by police authorities of Scotland in two cases of sexual assault and attempt to murder, joint commissioner (crime) Ravindra Yadav told TOI.
Singh was arrested on a tip-off by a team led by addl CP Ashok Chand and ACP KPS Malhotra. Intelligence agencies had sought support from Delhi Police.
