HELP Unable to recharge DishTv

I am not able to recharge mine Dishtv HD account. I recharged mine dishtv true HD today two times but got a blank page though the money got deducted from mine account. I was using the instant recharge link

Kindly advise will the money come back or I need to write to some one... I am giving below the snapshot for the same below. Kindly advise.

Bro, send a mail to cc avenue with your transaction ID, they will do the needful. No need to panic. Earlier the same thing happened to me also, they will either update it or refund it. So no worries.

Send a mail to [email protected] along with transaction ID. BTW have received any mail confirmation from them, if not take the ss of the transaction from bank site and send it to them.

Bro, send a mail to them to add pay later service. So you will get extra 3 days.

I think we should avoid third party website even if its rechargeitnow.com, recharge from official website and let dishtv give you the link of rechargeitnow.
