Breaking News Universol remote for TS+HD

Same here i ordered twice but they cancled by telling me it not yet launched by ts,i talked also to my area ARM but same result from there.
But cc telling its available. Dont know what happening.

Guys the universal remote of HD+ is similar to that of HD+ remote...one additional button you can find in univ remote is that of universe button...you have to press the universe button when you want to operate your tv.

I would not recommend this universe remote as it useful only to operate your TV and that too for On/Off, Volume + - and mute...its has limitations so dont go for it...

Unfortunately i could not posts the images as i dont have net at my home and also USB slot is blocked for me in my office...

The best part is that in my transaction history now its states that the HD PVR handling charges Rs. 75 and Rs. 150 for Service visist..total it comes to Rs. 225....

I did call the CC few mins before...i conveyed that since i am in mega pack or they term it as premium pack customer...they have to cancel the service visit cost....the cc acknowledged it and told me that they would refund Rs. 150 to my account...

Over all the cost of the new remote comes to me for Rs. 75 only...I think some where TS is doing mistake for my HD+ universe remote purchase....

Hmm.. just few mins before got a call from TS they told me that they would refund me Rs. 150 if i provide my old remote to them...i told them let it be with me....
