Getting a nice home theatre is gonna cost lots of money. But maybe someday most people will be able to afford it.

Those home theatres are not of good quality. They might not be able to decode and amplify the sound which is needed for true surround.

Comparatively other countries in india hifi speakers are too costly. We can bring them from other countries if we have good friends. We can get very cheaply.

I am not sure because i was in office when they visited my home. The stb was manufactured in june 2015. So definitely it is not the old stock received suring world cup. I got remote with recording options. So it might have come with the box only.

I upgraded my lcd tv to 4k tv(43UF770T). Was in dilemma to buy full hd 3d or 4k tv. But chosen 4k. Not sure whether correct decision or not.

Upscaled hd channels quality is very good. Will share snaps once i am back from native.
