Update Upgraded to HD STB 2244RF

Thanks guys for the responses.
I tried with AV cable already (as it was the one used in SD box), but didn't see any difference. The quality is same :-(
I've called up customer care again, and they agreed to come with another SD box (and probably another HD box also) to check the issue. Let me see how it goes.
 
Did you check your signal strength and quality.?
One technician came and checked the signal strength, and he said its ok. If I remember, the quality bar was at around 75% and strength bar was almost 100%. But he couldn't do anything more, and told me that a new software rollout will fix the issue, but that didn't happen yet (current download ID is 24). Another technician is coming today with a set top box to check again...

Signal quality can be improved till 90. This will improve the picture quality.

And next time when that engineer come tell that idiot that picture quality doesn't improve through software update. It happens through proper alignment.

Let the second technician come and check. I also had some problems with this box, but they exchanged it with a good one.

When I switcj from one transponder to other initially quality is 50% but after few seconds turns green.
Checked it while the sky was clear and sunny.
Is it normal? :unsure:

These days Sun Outage is happening between 9 to 2. So check on alternate hours
