Still not get solutions?? Ignore if done.
No need to buy HDMI cable.not much differance for dth.use the same provided by dth.
Most likely you are watching through av connection.
Remove av cables,connect HDMI cable,select hdmi in TV ,
Go to user setting in stb,select HD setting,select 16:9 in resolution, select Stretch ,
Go to picture setting,select hd,
Save settings

in my led picture quality of hd channels is not so great
also when i connect it with av cables then also no difference in picture quality as it is with hdmi cables.
in my LG tV i have selected hdmi cables.
in my adtv hd stb i have selected 1080i only
but pq is still poor.
no difference in pq of av n hdmi cables
some told me that if i use hdmi cable then also pq of normal channels increase by 50% as compared to av cables

But few days back u were telling that u r getting excellent picture on ur airtel connection. Ab poor kaise go gayi. Ekdum googly daale ho bhai. At that time u were blaming videocon for pooe picture
