For use smart remote need wifi or bt dongle
Other options
1-If you have any smart tv & universal remote you can control 4k box.
2- mobile with IR feature control 4k box
Like redmi note 3

Fir use recording feature
Press ok key ....new menu shows
Pause/back/forward/stop/rec
Use Left right key of remote

When I press record it says PVR Function not available

Recording function is available for all customer
But it's charge 1 rs /day 30 rs /month
Call customer care & activate this feature .
