Yes it is historical opening for Ajith Kumar,first time he got 404 screens in tamil nadu,but the biggies(Rajini & Vijay) already crossed 600+ screens.Puli got released 679 screens (First 3 Days only) that is 90% quality releasing screens and got 91 % crowed in average and all cities got 100% occupation.

this is not comparison statement bro.Movie got good opening that's it.

yes ,if you like Jana,paramasivam...but it is better than those movies technically (camera ,music just improved the film quality or viewing experience),that's all.
