absolutely. My office toilets are always busy. Because people can waste water full on here than at their home.

Also, working on Saturday and Sunday is high waste of electricity.

My office not even have drinking Water and forget about toilet till night, took stairs to 1 floor to another floor just complete are basic necessities. Waste our break time.
