HELP :Very Few HD Channel's signals lost and most HD Channels viewable

Hi,
I lost the video for very few HD channels and most channels are viewable in the lowest signal strength

Here as follows

Signal Quality 0-20% and Signal Strength 2-4 for:
Star Sports HD1,Hindi HD1,HD2,
SONY ESPN HD

Signal Quality 60-80% and Signal Strength 8-12 for:
Comedy Central HD, Sony ESPN3 HD,SONY SIX HD,
ZEE MARATHI HD

Verified by going to
Menu -> Settings -> Diagnostics

Is anybody experiencing this problem in a overcast condition?
