I have started using stb 2222. Will be sharing my experience with u all.
Features:
1. Recording
2. Updated software
3. Support Dolby through HDMI
4. Super Awesome Remote
5. Ethernet Port
6. Sleek and compact
7. Its does not have smart card slot.
STB 2222 is really cool product but has some pros and cons:
Pros:
1. Software has a new look.
2. Your Tv will start with a beautiful background pic.
3. Remote is too good. With a range of above 25 meters. Sexy white color.
4. You can get Dolby Surround sound through HDMI
5. Inbuilt memory for 12 minutes recording.
6. This stb has a/v and sound ports.
Cons:
1. Remote uses button cell. So it might be expensive.
2. Booting time of STB has been increased.
3.There is a "#" key below "9" key its gets pressed most of the time and changes the menu language.
4. Play/Pause ,rewind/forward button are not too got as compared to Tata sky +.
5.Packaging box is of poor quality.
