Please clarify about how fast new stb is? old stb is very slow and hangs many times....
and how can i upgrade with my old HD model 2011?
i have asked c.care, they told that you have to pay 3300 rs. and rs. 1500 will be credited in your account...but it will give loss of rs. 1800.
my old stb is just 45 days old and i've problem of hang, picture freeze and (no signal issue due to stb not weather). so whom should i contact that can give me offers like in rs 3300, 6 mth platinum HD pack and new STB?

I think button cell remote is very big mistake by d2h. I will cost much more than AA size cells (4+ times higher).

Is new stb is fast in process like channel change time, fast EPG loading and fast overall response to remote unlike old stb? please clarify my doubt about this

Yaa button cell concept is very costly.
As i said earlier there is not much difference in channel change time or EPG Load time. Its the almost same.
Only thing is that boot time has been reduced .

I think they should have gone for AAA size battery instead of button size. Except my computer CPU and wrist watch, I have never used button cell.

Although Button type is costly but life is good as seen in wrist watches . dont know how the D2H button cell lasts
