I noticed couple of problems from same STB are:
some time in HD channels when there is conversation is going on that will not be heard and only background can be here. As my wife noticed this in Colors Hd and I noticed the same issue in Zee Cinema HD.
the second issue is, I am able to get the Dolby sound from HDMI cable, but some time I get only the Stereo. Yesterday night in Movies Now, when the Anaconda movie played the audio was heard from only front speaker not the center speaker. But when today morning I checked the same channel for some other movie I was able to get the Dolby sound properly.
Did any body came across these problems?

I will explain:
If you want to get the Dolby Surround Sound through HDMI:-
->Go to user setting in menu and select surround mode instead of Stereo mode/Auto mode.
->Dolby sound is available only on 13 HD Channels. I am not sure whether Movies now is one of them or not.
->You can check whether a channel is providing dolby or not by: Press info button(i)+Yellow Button. And then Check by Navigation key(Left - Right)
->If you are not getting the clear voice then the solution is press * key on the leftmost down corner and change the sound mode to "Clear Surround" or " Standard".

There are many pros and cons of this STB.
Movies Now comes with Dolby. talking abt shree Harsha's prob. it may be due to this particular movie sound...it can be possible that the dolby surround may not be available in this movie audio or may be problem in channel sometimes. I'm getting proper sound in movies now in dolby...Haven't seen Anaconda that night...but it would be problem with just this particular movie.
It can be the case that there might be the problem with the "Anaconda" movie. Since Anaconda Released long time back in 1997. We cannot compare the sound and picture quality of movies of that time to now..
