Bro if you are using a-la-carte then add all the channels under favorite list..You dont have to search all the channels again...It will save ur time..& you wont get confused..

Broadcaster has downscaled the HD feed as there is no separate SD channel for the viewers.

there was a separate SD & separate HD channel of mTunes brother. Did they collate it now? :S I thought there are 2 separate channels still now?

Because M Tunes ordinary is a HD channel and no SD feed available from Broadcaster.

It's dth and MSO who are downgrading and providing SD feed.

Brothers, sorry for bothering you again but this time I have run into a new & completely different problem!
As I have said earlier I am an A-la-carte user of videocon d2h since March 2014. I had like 10 channels including some HD channels. Now yesterday, I went to delete some channels from the list online, from the site's a-la-carte menu. I did it alright. I deleted 4 channels (Star HD1, HD2, sony SixHD & TenHD. I did not touch the remaining 6 channels, leaving them as it was.
Today, (to my utter disbelief) when I switched on videocon, I couldn't find ANY of the HD channels! Not even a single one. I was completely taken aback. I went to contact videocond2h through facebook, I found the message thread and see what they have done! They have automatically changed my package to Super Gold pack, without my consent. I never told them to do that. I only queried about whether HD access fee is required in A-la-carte pack. :| Bunches of mo*ons. I am attaching a screenshot of my conversation with Videocon d2h in fb.
What should I do now?
